Hi, i'm jess
And I'm here to support you on your wellness journey! I am so passionate about making exercise fun, exciting and confidence boosting. I believe moving our bodies is a privilege and should bring us happiness and fulfilment, that's why I created the Hot Pink Pilates community.
I trained as an actress and have appeared on stage in various productions and performances; my wellness practise is always what helped keep me in top form.
There is something magical about the effects of a powerful movement practise; the mind body connection, a sense of being truly present and connected to yourself and the boost to your self esteem. These results are life changing and it brings me so much happiness to see more and more of my clients experience this for themselves.
It's so much more than a workout; Hot Pink Pilates is all about living your best life.
PILATES
A holistic flow of exercises performed on a mat, designed to improve core strength, posture, alignment and joint stability. Based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates, sessions can be performed bodyweight or with equipment such as bands, circles and weights. There is great emphasis on breath, flow, precision and technique
BARRE
An upbeat class combining elements of ballet, pilates and body conditioning. This class tones the whole body in a low impact regime, mostly taking place at the barre. Exercises can be performed at a faster pace to add an element of cardio, making this the perfect endorphin boost.
